The system is fully integrated with the Jotform platform: Free Online Form Builder. After the applications of the nominated students are released, the data is pulled from JotForm and saved in the system
automatically every three hours, and then a tag is added to divide the students and distribute them into groups so that the reviewers read the data and view the attached files for each student and download or display them only, and then the system collects reviews automatically.
As each student is reviewed by more than one reviewer, the system adds the average score for each student.. The system has a filter similar to the one in Jotfrom. The system also sends messages to students and reports on the number of reviewers and the number of work they have completed.
There is also a system of roles and permissions for the system to provide security For data and to display only the required part, not the entire system. An advanced reporting system for each part. students can be exported to Excel or PDF with the ability to download files for a large number of students at once in a ZIP file and the download link is sent to the user’s email.
The whole system works in a RESTful API way so that it is fast and the frontend is completely designed with a separate Vue.js single-page application and a Laravel Backend.
